    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by DRIIME ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

    2. Description of Service

    DRIIME provides market evaluation insights and staffing solutions. We act as an intermediary between talent providers (Contractors) and clients (Companies).

    3. User Accounts and Identity

    3.1 Account Integrity

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share, rent, lease, or transfer your account access to any third party. All activities performed under your account are your sole responsibility.

    3.2 Accurate Representation

    Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, having another individual represent you in interviews or assessments without explicit, disclosed authorization.

    4. Talent and Staffing

    4.1 Verification

    DRIIME reserves the right to verify the identity and qualifications of all talent providers.

    4.2 Conduct

    Talent providers agree to perform work personally unless a team arrangement is explicitly agreed upon in writing by DRIIME and the Client.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All data, reports, and insights generated by DRIIME are the property of DRIIME. Users are granted a limited license to use these insights for internal decision-making only.

    6. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork) while using our services.
    • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

    7. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    DRIIME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, New York. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
